Strictly, どちら/どっち is for two choices. For three or more, use どれ. However, in very polite speech, どちら can sometimes be used for multiple choices as a softer, more formal alternative.
どちら = "which one" (of two) or "where" (polite). どなた = "who" (polite, equivalent to だれ). They look similar but have completely different meanings.
Use のほうが: 夏のほうが好きです (I prefer summer). Or make a simple choice: これにします (I'll take this one).
Next: のほうが — expressing comparisons.
